Ready. Set. GO.
Draw a long thin triangle.
Select the Rotate Tool (”R” Key) and Option-Click on the tip of the triange.
Enter 20-degrees in the angle box and press copy.
Press Command-D a whole bunch of times (Transform Again).
Done!
